At DÔEN, we want you to cherish every piece you purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
